Wedding Details

I got the pleasure/honor of going wedding dress shopping with Erin Schwartz and Kristen DiFate this week and man, oh man, what a good time! This is not the dress that has been chosen as one of the finalists. I would not jinx someone like that. It was a fun poofy one that Kristen and I wanted Erin to try on just to watch it swallow her whole. I did like the details though. The details of weddings are some of the best out there because they can be so beautiful and important to the bride and groom. All the DIY center pieces and bouquets, I have a friend who is going to make her own dress and bake her own cake. Kristen and I decided that despite spending so much money on Master’s degrees, perhaps we will just go into the wedding business in a full service fashion. I mean, yeah, we shoot. But turns out, she can make dresses. And this wedding is not my first rodeo. Perhaps there should be wedding planning and coordinating in my future…Meh. For now, I’ll have fun hanging out with all my friends who are engaged, married, or having babies, and just take their pictures.

One of the dresses that Erin tried on on Tuesday. She was so beautiful in everything, but I can't wait to see what she actually chooses from the 2 that we got it narrowed down to!

YAY! I love this, by the way. And the pictures of me in the dress on my phone are great, too. It actually looks really beautiful. Too bad it’s not appropriate. 🙂

I can’t wait to see it, Erin. We’ve got the date already marked out.
